Sand cast aluminum bottle opener modeled after early Econoline headlight bezel. This is a handmade item cast in my backyard foundry. As you can see in the pictures these are far from perfect, each one with its own flaws. I am fairly new to this, but I believe that comes with the territory when you melt down a bunch of beer cans and other random aluminum scrap and pour it into sand mold. Still pretty cool though. Molten metal was fluxed and degassed so it has decent strength. That being said, these will pop a top, but if you take it down to the bar and try and open a million beers, it's going to wear out.
Each one is numbered and you pick the exact one you would like from the corresponding picture.
